Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and qualified Marine Engineer with a strong background in marine operations, either through a relevant bachelor's degree or hands-on experience. As part of the Construction Team, a cross-project department, the ideal candidate will be responsible for marine operations-related SoW, including supporting the management of offshore contract performance and composing the procedures and templates. This may involve tasks such as overseeing CTV operations, weather forecasting, and Metocean data analysis, etc. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-Duty MC Shift  Take full responsibility for independently managing on-duty Marine Coordinator (MC) shifts. 2. Marine Engineer  Enhance Marine Coordination practices by creating templates.  Vessel Performance Calculation and Analysis, under the management of the Construction Team.  Responsible for Offshore wind related document.  Obtain relevant permits, including Marine MPB, NCC, and MoDA.  Manage offshore related stakeholders.  Manage designated marine operation-related contracts.  Be prepared to sail offshore as required to oversee vessel operations, conduct inspections, and provide on-site support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Summary: ​​The Fabrication Manager is a senior role and will form part of the Foundation package in a project organization. You will be part of a dedicated team working on an offshore wind farm project and your primary tasks will be to provide leadership for the successful delivery of the Foundation package fabrication scope. SRE's Transport & Installation (T&I) department is looking for a WTG T&I Manager to support the team based in Taipei, Taiwan. The candidate will support the WTG package and the EPC team in developing the projects through financial close and project execution. As the WTG T&I Manager, you will manage development and execution related works including all technical and commercial aspects related to the WTG T&I. You will provide leadership, direction and support during the development and execution phase of the project with role's extended responsibilities including support of other (sub) packages related to the Supply and Installation of the WTG. Scope Description: As a key member of the Synera Renewable Energy team, your role will encompass the following: ● Support the WTG Package Manager and Construction Manager in delivering the projects, with overall responsibility for design, specification, procurement and management of the WTG T&I package during the development and execution phase of the project. ● In cooperation with WTG Package Manager and Contract Manager, tender, negotiate and recommend WTG installation contractors and suppliers and required marine spread through to contract award. ● Review and provide recommendations regarding contractors' and suppliers' proposals. ● Confirm proposals are appropriate to meet the project programme, quality and budgetary requirements. ● Risk assess the technical feasibility of contractors’ and suppliers’ proposals to ensure that all risks are identified and evaluated and the risk profile is fully understood. ● Provide required support to Permit team to obtain permits and approvals from local authorities. ● Manage programme of the relevant WTG T&I suppliers and contractors to identify and manage timing and interface issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical protection systems to ensure the safety and reliability of our offshore wind installations. This role requires close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders throughout the project's lifecycle. We're looking for an Electrical System Senior Manager with a firm technical understanding of electrical engineering and a willingness to work differently. As the Electrical System Senior Manager, you will be involved in delivering ongoing projects in OSW and the wider New Energy business. You will play a key role in contributing to manage, develop and support broader technical solutions for the Electrical Engineering of assigned project. Scope Description: As a key member of the Synera Renewable Energy team, your role will encompass the following: ● Support SRE line managers and project line managers to manage technical activities of electrical engineering of assigned offshore wind (OSW) with regard to OSS, ONS, CAB, SCADA and Grid interface. ● Manage risks, program, progress, budget, quality and relevant consultants/contractors’ contracts of electrical system designs (conceptual design, pre-FEED, FEED and detailed design) for assigned OSW project. ● Support relevant package managers of assigned OSW project to develop and review relevant technical requirement regarding to electrical system for ITT procurement process. ● Responsible for electrical work scope in assigned OSW projects with a focus on performance requirements tailored to meet relevant expectations of projects. ● Prepare and review technical specification of MV/HV cables and other equipment. ● Identify and manage key technical interfaces of electrical system across various work packages for assigned OSW project. ● Review proposals, documentation, drawings, reports and calculations from consultants/contractors and evaluate against project requirements and local/international standards. ● Lead an electrical system team of assigned OSW project.

Responsibilities: ● Provide advice and support to the HSE Manager and project management team on Environmental and Social Management matters. ● Support implementation of the Environmental Policy ● Develop and implement Project Environmental Management System (EMS). ● Develop and implement project Environmental Management Plan (EMP). ● Develop and implement project Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) ● Develop and implement project Environmental Monitoring Plan. ● Develop and Implement project Energy Management Plan. ● Coordinate and collate Environmental and Social data for ESMS monitoring and reporting. ● Coordinate and collate Environmental data for EIA monitoring and reporting to lenders. ● Coordinate and collate Environmental data for Environmental performance and ESG reporting. ● Develop and implement campaigns to improve Environmental and Sustainability awareness across all projects. ● Engage with package managers, permitting team, Taiwanese authorities, lenders and other relevant stakeholders to communicate environmental requirements, identify compliance issues and act as a technical resource, and coordinate on key initiatives. ● Ensure contractors comply with regulatory obligations and permitting requirements. ● Define and implement necessary training for project personnel and contractors for managing environmental issues. ● Support with environmental incident investigations. ● Monitor development of legislative requirements and changes for project locations and analyse potential impacts on construction and provide updates to HSE Manager and project management team. ● Manage and review environmental aspects related to HSE documents such as RAMS, ERP etc., ● Conduct regular site inspections and Environmental audits. ● Review, update and maintain Environmental Aspects and Impacts registers. ● Manage and follow up on the EIA performed by an external consultant and monitor compliance with commitments made in EIA. ● Provide support to the permitting team on a range of tasks in terms of environmental, social and permitting-related topics. ● Define and report on Environmental Targets and reporting metrics.
